Its been a while

Well hey all those that read this.

I am doing well. I did a lot of scrapbooking during the month of may and some in june. I get in the groove every so often. I had a great weekend of scrapping during the 4th of july. Didnt get a whole lot done but did get something done.

Well one big thing did happen about 3 weeks ago and that is that my mother suffered a heart attack. She is doing well but just tired a lot. It has been determined that she is over medicated. She has to cut back on one of her meds and we will see in about two weeks if that helps. I sure hope so.
I was so scared when it happened since I lost my father to a heart attack 13 years ago. I kept telling myself that I cant those her this way to.
I am doing better each day. I still do worry about her and just happy she is getting better.

Campbell is growing more and more and its great. I just wish I could get her potty trained. She just doesnt seem interested and doesnt know when she goes. Oh well it will happen soon. We are also talking about preschool. Not sure where that will go or what we are going to do.

Well thats about all I know. My birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks and I cant wait. I am trying to talk my husband into taking a little trip but I dont think he is getting it. Maybe next year.

Ok so its been a while. Not much going on but I am feeling better. I needed a bit of a break and have taken one. I still am going to go slow as I need to find a job, spend more time with family and work on my walk with God.

I just came back from a womans retreat this past weekend. Friday night to saturday. It was a good time.

Well I dont know much more but have a great day and I hopefully will be updating more soon.

Well its been a week or so since I last posted. Not much has happened. Easter was the biggest thing other than we got rid of the binky.
Last saturday I finally decided that it was the last day for Campbell to have her binky/pacifier. She cried for about 1 hour and a half and then was ok. We tried to keep her busy by painting a picture and then after that we colored eggs. She only asked for it a couple of times that night going to be but I think that she was so tired that she just forgot about it. So far its going well she askes for it about once or twice a day and thats it. I am so amazed she just hasnt forgot about it.
Easter was fun. Mom, Campbell and I went to 9 am service and I cant believe we made it. I woke up at 832 that morning and we were at church by 905. I think we did good. It helped that I had taken a shower the night before and had my clothes ready and I also got Campbells clothes out and tags taken off too. It was a nice service not your normal Easter one which was fine with me.
Then we came home and had the morning and afternoon to do whatever. Then about 4 pm we went to a friends house for dinner. There was about 30-35 ppl and kids there. IT was crazy but fun. The kids hid some eggs at a near by park and the adults had to find them. That was fun. Then we came home and basically crashed. It was a long day and someone who will remain nameless (Campbell) didnt have a nap.
Oh and that reminds me thats the new thing with her NOT taking NAPS!!!!! Its driving me crazy she gets so grouchy about 4pm and wants to nap then and we are like NO!!! she has done it a couple of times but other than that this week no nappy naps.
Well I have a meeting tomorrow for the womens retreat for church and then I am going cropping at the LSS. I need to get some pages done for the class I am taking at Willowtraders.com
I will know on the first of april wether or not I made the design team I tried out for.
Well we have been enjoying this great weather the last 2 days but its all going to change tomorrow. I wish it would make its mind up if its going to stay cool or stay warm.
Also baseball season starts next week. OH Joy...

Its been a while

Well it sure has been some time since I have posted. Not that anyone really reads this its for my own personal use.
Well I have been cropping just a little bit here at home. I needed to get 5 projects/ pages done for this design team I am trying out for. I really hope I make it. I think it would be fun.

I have finally gotten over my cold. I still have a bit of cough and my voice goes if I talk to much. Someone said I have the tidewater crud and I thought that was just a funny name. I do know what would help and that is if the weather her would just settle itself on either being warm or cold. It has been so up and down and I hate it. Least its been sunny for the most part though.

Well I am a little behind in the double dutch class at willow traders but I am hopeing that I can get some done this weekend. If not I have a crop to go to on the 1st saturday of April. I know then I wont be so distracted and can get stuff done.

I am also in the process of organizing my stuff again ( I think its a daily stuggle). I got another cube from AC Moore and that helped big time.

Campbell is doing good for the most part. She is the pickiest eater at time which drives me crazy. Not that she is picky persay it that she just doesnt eat on a regular basis. Also her sleep schedule has been so crazy lately too and part of that is caz she isnt napping either. GRRRRRR!!!! doesnt she know mommy needs some down time.
My mom has also started her training this week for work and has been gone but we have been doing ok without her. Not sure when she will exactly start working but I am sure its going to be soon. Which is good for her. She and I need a break from each other too.

Finally feeling better

Well I am finally feeling a bit better. I still have a nasty cough but my bark is worse then my bite it what I have been telling people.

Lets see its been a couple of days. Most of last week I was feeling pretty bad. By Saturday I had to get out of the house. So we all went shopping in the morning and then out to lunch and then spent the rest of the day at home.
Then on Sunday- mom and I went to church early so I could go to the LSS for the afternoon. They were haveing a free crop and again just felt I needed to get out. I had a good time and got a couple of pages started. (I scrapbook a little different than most- I do the basic layout first and then I put the title and all the other little things on later)

Well I dont know much else. More later maybe.

I finally caught the cold

Well Joe has been sick for over a week and I have finally caught it. Last night I was running a fever (I havent had one of those in a long time). So I pretty much layed in bed all night long. But I just couldnt get warm. But this morning I dont feel as bad just tired and have a cough(not all the time but it hurts when I have a coughing fit).

Now if we can keep Campbell from getting it all will be good. She is a little stuffy but nothing too bad.

Well I have to go to the Dr this afternoon - not for my cold, somthing else ( I am not going to post the details here.) I just hope all is well with that and we can move on.

Other than that not much going on here. I just have to get my 12 cards finished for the card swap and I have an idea its just not on paper yet. I hope I am feeling good enough that on Friday I can go to the LSS to finish my cards. If not oh well they may be a bit late.

Well its been a couple of days since my last post. Lets see what has gone on.

Thursday - I went with a friend of mine to her doctors appointment and ultrasound. I have been going with her since her husband is deployed. Its nice to just get a way for a bit but her appointments are always too early for me.

Friday- i went to the LSS to scrap the day away. I was there from 11 am - 7pm. I was just too tired to stay any later. Then when I got home and settled Joe and I watched Hairspray. It was ok - I prefer the first one.

Saturday- I had a womans retreat meeting for church at a ladies house and then We went out to lunch at a local Indian resteraunt and it was my first time and was good. then that afternoon we just hung out here at the house. then during the eveing I was working on my cards for the card swap at the LSS here and I am not finished or do I really have an idea of what I want them to look like. I have got a week or till sat to get them finished.

Today- I just got back from church and then after we had a chili challenge and that was fun. I wasnt entered but there were definately some good ones there.
Tonight I have life group meeting and thats it for today.

Happy Hump Day

Well its been a day or so and I thought maybe I should start this.

Last night I went to Youth group. I help with it but sometimes I feel like I dont fit in with the other leaders. I am the only one that is married and has kids. The rest are college age. I want to give up but I know I need to stick through it a little longer and see how it goes.

On the creative front- I am working on getting more power layouting done so I can scrap away next month. I am taking a class on willowtraders and I would like to be somewhat ready for it.
I am going to the LSS on friday for their open cropping time for most of the day friday to get more stuff put together. I should take the layouts that need to be titled but that can be done later.

Well i dont know what else to write but I am off to the LSS for our Hump Day project they have each week on wed.
